I recently bought a Condo that was built in the 80's. The kitchen and both bathrooms had the faux drop ceilings which were just hideous. I hired Finished Project to update them. I was not sure what I wanted but they explained what could be done and so I went with their suggestion. They took down the old drop ceiling and fluorescent lights in the kitchen and rebuilt it with recessed LED lighting. In the bathrooms, they took down the faux ceiling and the light fixtures and put up new updated fixtures. The attention to detail was just fantastic. The rooms look so beautiful. We had two chandeliers for installation. They were good and knew right away what needed to be done. It wasn't an easy job since the chandelier was very heavy and the spot for hanging was not reachable. He was very knowledgeable & knew how to fix the problem. If we had to pick one word to describe Finished Projects LLC, it would be COMMITMENT. Lewis and his team have a commitment to the project, commitment to the client, commitment to time, and commitment to quality. When Lewis took on the project, he wanted to ensure he understood the full scope of the project. In our case, it was a full Master Suite remodel with plumbing, electricity, removing old tile, and installing new tile floor and shower and tub. It involved painting all the ceilings in the house and repainting 4 rooms.
He asked many questions and we were confident he understood our vision. Then when he returned with a quote, it was incredibly fair and we signed the contract the next day.
He showed up on time every day and always asked to extend the day if he felt it necessary in order to meet his goal for that day. Each morning started out with him asking if we were pleased with the work done the day prior and if he needed to do anything different. The communication was solid. When working with past Contractors we often wondered where we were at or when we could expect things to be completed. Lewis kept us informed throughout the entire process, including occasionally sending pics via text to validate his work or to ask questions, but we never had to ask about the timeline. The work area was kept clean, and being we were living in the house during the project, that was very important to me. I even want to point out that one day he let our dog out to run and she got into mud. So he gave her a bath in the sink.
I tell that story all the time because he could have just put her in the kennel, but he CARES!!!! He cares about the project and the people.
It has been 3 weeks since the project was completed and we have not found one area unfinished or one area that we wish we had asked him to revisit.
We would recommend him to anyone and we cannot wait to save up money for our next project and hire him again.
